I am hoping to get time to start reading this book in the next week or so. It is the true story of a Boise woman who went from soccer mom to private detective while battling breast cancer. Val's cancer returned and she passed away before the book was published. Taking the time to read (and even laugh out loud) about her journey and her adventures is a wonderful way to honor her memory.
